Aurelius Press (AP) was founded to provide tools and resources that help practitioners and individuals improve self-awareness, relationships, and productivity. Our focus is delivering professional personality assessments and supporting materials that empower people to understand themselves and others more effectively. This deeper awareness leads to stronger connections in personal life, the workplace, and community. By using statistically validated assessments, clients can make better decisions, improve performance, and enjoy more fulfilling outcomes every day.

We are proud to introduce our Majors Assessments, a series of scientifically grounded tools developed by Mark Majors, PhD:
- Majors PT-Elements™ (MajorsPT-E™) — a comprehensive tool for exploring personality type dynamics.
- Majors PTI™ (Personality Type Inventory) (MajorsPTI™) — a powerful personality inventory for professional and personal use.
- Majors OEM™ (Occupational Environment Measure) (MajorsOEM™) — a specialized assessment for evaluating occupational and workplace environments.
These instruments are grounded in Dr. Majors' expertise in Jungian psychological typology and are widely used for career development, coaching, leadership training, and organizational growth.
Training
For professionals seeking certification, training programs led by Dr. Majors are available. These workshops and courses provide the knowledge and qualifications needed to administer Majors PTI™ and Majors PT-Elements™. Advanced online training options are also being developed to expand access worldwide.
Publications
Our publications include the official manuals for the Majors assessments, along with ePubs, books, and reference materials. This area will continue to expand with additional resources to support professionals and individuals. Jennifer Rojas, General Manager — Jennifer brings over 30 years of experience in conflict resolution, diversity education, and program operations. Her leadership supports practitioners and clients in using Majors Assessments to increase awareness and achieve success. Gary Monti, Founder — Aurelius Press reflects Gary's nearly 50 years of work in project management and change management. It began with one central question: "Why is success so elusive?" His pursuit of this answer led to the creation of Aurelius Press. Learn more about Gary.
Our Story
Aurelius Press is an outgrowth of the Center for Managing Change (CMC), an organization practicing change management and project management based on the Triad of Simplicity. The journey to founding Aurelius Press began with one question: "Why is success so elusive?"
We believe the answer can be expressed in an old saying: "Wherever I go, there I am."
Our founder, Gary Monti, reframes this as a question when working with clients: "Who's the one person who's always present at every problem you have?"
Our core belief is that people can be themselves in any setting — personally, professionally, and socially. Our mission is to help individuals and organizations thrive by using professional personality assessments to build awareness, improve effectiveness, and make success more attainable.
